New Intel Core i9 processor headed to the Mac Pro (READ ARTICLE)

Only recently Apple updated it's line of desktop computers and notebooks, intentionally leaving out the Mac Pro

Which is currently the fastest computer that Apple has to offer.

On the other hand we see Intel's roadmap for the new 6-core Xeon chips code-named 'Gulftown' which shall be commercially available under the Core i9 name and will be Intel's first six-core, dual-socket processor.
